The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Barr. Nyesom Wike, has approved the 2022 and 2023 promotions for staff of the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA) on Grade Levels 07 – 15.
Following the conclusion of the promotion exercise in April 2024, a total of 1,018 senior and junior staff members were successfully promoted.In addition to the promotions, the Honourable Minister has also approved for the immediate review of the Conditions of Service and Operations Manual for the FCDA.
This announcement was made by the Executive Secretary of the FCDA, Engr. Shehu Hadi Ahmad, FNSE, stated that the approval was conveyed by the Chairman of the FCT Civil Service Commission, Engr. Emeka Ezeh, FNSE.
The Authority is now in the process of establishing the necessary mechanisms to achieve the objectives of the review.
The Management and Staff of the FCDA have expressed their profound gratitude and appreciation to the Honourable Minister for these approvals, noting that they will significantly boost staff morale and improve productivity in alignment with the “Renewed Hope Agenda” of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Administration.
